Outdoor Foundation announced its second cohort of Thrive Outside Communities in St. Louis, Twin Cities, MN, Philadelphia, and Maine. The Outdoor Foundation’s Thrive Outside Initiative awards multi-year, capacity-building grants to communities to build and strengthen networks that provide children and families with outdoor experiences built with local and national partners and supported with three years of funding.
