A TINY puppy was put down after being dumped outside a vets in such a sick state there was no other option. Six-week-old black pug pup Mr Buggles, nicknamed by vet staff, was found in a laundry basket left on the doorstep of a vets in Southend Road, Grays. It comes after a series of incidents in south Essex, where a dog had to have his leg amputated and another was taken in by vets after becoming seriously sick. The RSPCA is now investigating. RSPCA inspector Jen Wildman, said: “This tiny little puppy was in a terrible condition. He was emaciated, weak and had a ruptured eye.
