If you're in the mountains and driving your car and on the way to meet the family and you're sliding because you have come over the hill and it's all ice and you lose control of the car, you look like you're going to go off the edge you're sliding down the hill it wouldn't be something that anyone could help you with but you so would the instinctive thing to do to pick up the cell phone and call somebody and say, hey, i'm about to go off the road here maybe you should call a tow truck for me? i know that's a way oversimplification of what went on here but that gives you a glimpse into the mind...
