黄文秀：只有扎根泥土才能懂得人民
    1989年4月，黄文秀出生在田州镇的一个农民家庭。为了孩子能有更好的学习生活条件，上世纪80年代初，黄忠杰从田阳县巴别乡德爱村多柳屯的大石山深处，搬迁到田阳县田州镇绢纺厂附近的山坡垦荒，并在当地扎根。
    和拼命离开故乡的父辈不同，黄文秀选择了一条逆向行走的道路。2016年7月，她从北京师范大学研究生毕业后，谢绝了北京央企的高薪工作，返回家乡百色当一名定向选调生。回到广西时，她家刚刚脱贫。
    “没有共产党，我们家不可能脱贫，是党和政府协调安排了耕地，我们一家人才能在好的地方生活。”黄忠杰对女儿的人生选择感到很欣慰，他时常嘱咐文秀要为群众办事，不要把钱看得太重。
