Topeka artist Tim Bauer had a variety of careers that took him down many paths and to different cities, and in the end, those roads brought him back to the capital city and allowed him to dive into his true passion: fine art.  Bauer, whose main focus is acrylic and oil painting, was born and raised in Topeka. Growing up, his passion and ability to create art was evident.  "My mom told me that this one teacher said, 'He needs to focus on art, there's something that he's got,' " Bauer said. "I think some of us are just wired for what we're going to end up doing."
