In an impassioned plea for the violence to end in Columbus, Mayor Andrew J. Ginther said Monday that the city and the police department can't raise people's children. Four charged with felonies during violent protests Police have declared riots three time and unlawful assemblies twice over the past week. Felony charges have now been filed against four people arrested during two of the series of violent protests over the past week.
