Greetings from Capps. Last week saw the return of the glowing yellow orb and warmer temperatures, almost T-Shirt weather. The road patches by ARDOT 392 and Boone County at Creel didn't last long. It's starting to look a bit lunar in the area. They don't plan to resurface Hwy 392 through Capps and Batavia until 2026 the last time I checked. I'd like to believe that Northwest Arkansas isn't the state's "stepchild" when it comes to road projects ( unless of course they're in the I-49 corridor) but it sure seems that way sometimes.
