Article content The average water bill in Point Edward will rise by $3.66 a month with the recently approval of the 2021 village water budget. Village council in the municipality of 2,000 residents approved a two per cent bump to the water and sewer rates this week, along with an eight per cent increase in service charges and an increase of seven cents per cubic metre in reserve fees, taking the average monthly water bill to $75.18.
