CBRE has signed its first deal at 1055 Washington Boulevard in Stamford, CT, since taking over as leasing agent earlier this year. The brokerage firm announced today that the law firm of Carmody Torrance Sandak & Hennessey, LLP will occupy 19,241 s/f on a long-term lease at the RPW Group-owned property. RPW bought the Class A office building at the end of last year and is planning a series of capital improvements, including renovating the café, common areas, and elevators.
