Two candidates are running to represent District 4 on the Beltrami County Board of Commissioners: incumbent Tim Sumner and Joseph Neft.
In the races for chairman and district representatives, no candidate received more than 50% of the vote. In those races, the two candidates with the most votes will continue to a runoff election.
