Glisson EDWARDSVILLE — A woman claims Walmart and a fencing company placed unsafe barriers on the sidewalk outside of a store in Wood River, causing her to trip and suffer injuries.  Helen Forgy-Sawyer filed a complaint Feb. 3 in the Madison County Circuit Court against Walmart Inc., Glenn Masterson and National Rent-A-Fence, alleging negligence.  The plaintiff claims in her suit that she was at the Walmart located on Wesley Drive in Wood River on May 28, 2020.
