Tenant facing eviction from home of 13 years has €245k offer to buy rejected as landlord wants to sell
A tenant who proposed to pay €245,000 for a house he has been renting since 2011 had his offer rejected by a receiver trying to get enforcement of an eviction notice, a court has heard.
