Noreen Ranney Noreen Ranney, 72, of Avis, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, Feb. 24, 2021. She is survived by her husband of 30 years, Timothy Ranney. Noreen was the daughter of the late Joseph and Dorothy (Stornelli) Realmuto, of Buffalo, N.Y. In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, Jerry Vincent, of Watsontown; a daughter Marisa (James) Hoffman, of Montoursville; grandchildren Garrett, Gavin, James (Kyle), Lacy; and four great-grandchildren.
