Intent to distribute meth charges filed on repeat offenders
A pair of repeat criminal offenders are back in custody following the search of a city residence over the weekend. Timothy A. Duncan, 32, Winneconne, and Kendra L. Hansen, 24, Antigo, made initial appearances in Langlade County Court on Monday afternoon. Both individuals face charges of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, second or subsequent offense and as a party to a crime, second or subsequent offense possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia.
