LYONS FALLS â A village man was accused of urinating in a local Dollar General store by the Lewis County Sheriffâs Office on Saturday. According to sheriffâs deputies, Timothy A. Gorczyca, 62, walked into the Dollar General in Lyons Falls at about 3:53 p.m. Friday and urinated while walking around the back of the store. He then also urinated into a garbage can on sale with other merchandise inside. Deputies also say Mr. Gorczyca ate a Reeseâs peanut butter cup while in the store without paying. LOWVILLE â A routine traffic stop led to misdemeanor DWI charges for a Lyons Falls man on Monday afternoon. Timothy A. Gorczyca, 61, of Center Street, was charged by the Lewis County Sheriffâs Office with driving while intoxicated and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Mr. Gorczyca was pulled over by sheriffâs deputies on Cherry Street when they smelled alcohol and saw an open Keystone Ice beer in the center console, according to the sheriffâs office.
