The Nigerian Voice-Over star, Seun Shobo, won big at the just-concluded Voice Over Arts Awards ceremony in Los Angeles, California.
The voice actor was awarded the Outstanding Global Voice Arts Influencer Award for his industry work, making him the first Nigerian to be honored in that category.Some stars who have received this award include James Earl Jones, who was the voice of Mufasa in Lion King; Peter Cullen, who was the voice of Optimus Prime in Transformers; Nancy Cartwright, who was the voice of Bart Simpson. This year’s honorees, alongside Shobo, include Charlie Adler, who was the voice behind the Tiny Toons Buster Bunny.
