Fulton County Fair pageants, talent contest entries open COURTESY OF THE FULTON COUNTY FAIR ASSOCIATION Entries are open for the Fulton County Fair pageants and the Youth Talent Contest, and entries, with entry fees, are due by July 1. The pageants and the youth talent contest will be held at the Salem Civic Center located on the Fulton County Fairgrounds. The Fulton County Fair Queen for ages 18-23 and Junior Fair Queen Pageants for ages 14-17 will be July 24.
