Former West Plains Chamber of Commerce executive director Toby Broemmeling has joined Champion Empire, a Spokane-based business coaching and consulting services firm. Broemmeling was named director of business development at Champion Empire, where he will oversee the organization’s strategic partnerships and establish long-term relationships with clients, according to a company release.
