Fall Swedish Music & Dance Weekend
Folklore Village's Fall Swedish Weekend is a celebration of Swedish music, dance, culture, and cuisine. 2023 marks 49 years since Swedish immigrant Edwin Johnson and his family first came to Folklore Village to share the traditional music of Dalarna, Sweden. Today Edwin Johnson's grandson, Paul Dahlin, continues this tradition of sharing his family's musical heritage. During the weekend fiddlers of all levels will learn tunes with National Heritage Fellow Paul Dahlin and other talented fiddlers.
