Tulip Time Begins with Klompen, Festival Starts Thursday

Tulip Time festivities begin with tonight’s Klompen Classic, and the festival starts Thursday morning in Pella. Cyndi Atkins with the Steering Committee is thankful to all the volunteers who have stepped up to help with some of the modified events this year. Additionally, she’s reminding all residents that street scrubbing will still take place despite the lack of parades, so those with Dutch costumes can gather on Franklin Street and join in the tradition.
