Don't want to second-guess her and i certainly don'tn' want toe calling shots from the cheap seats here but there is a case to be made, from treating this like any other criminal case, and slap, and if you choose to indictment him, and put him in front of a regular criminal grand jury and slap him between someone accused of sexual assault and fraud, this seems to be a pretty good case to have and see if the grand jury wants to issue the indictment. if not, then i to listen to allf the evidence. you don't have to put all of your casece forward. you don't have to, you know, present your case bey...
