Special Assistant to the President on Digital Communications, Bashir Ahmad, confirmed the development on Tuesday.
The South-East Governors have reportedly agreed that the Second Niger Bridge shall be named the "Muhammadu Buhari Second Niger Bridge". The Special Assistant to President Muhammadu Buhari on Digital and New Media, Tolu Ogunlesi, announced the decision of the South-East Governors in a tweet posted on his Twitter handle on Tuesday. Ogunlesi wrote: "Following consultations, the Governors of the South-East have agreed that the Second Niger Bridge shall be named the MUHAMMADU BUHARI SECOND NIGER BRIDGE. "#SecondNigerBridge"
