Serge Offers, CFO of ING Bank Romania, is the new President of the Netherlands Romanian Chamber of Commerce (NRCC) for the next two years. He has replaced Tom Leene, Managing Director at GKN Fokker Engineering Romania, who held the presidency of the chamber during 2018-2020. Tom Leene recently left Romania, after living here for 3.5 years, and moved to Amsterdam. Serge Offers has been the Chief Financial Officer of ING Romania since 2018, but he has 15 years of experience in the banking industry.
