MasterChef Australia viewers went wild for Nigella Lawson on Sunday night, after she made a video-chat appearance on the show all the way from London, England.  But some fans were left scratching their heads after the 61-year-old challenged five of the contestants to bake her iconic marshmallow and rhubarb cake from scratch.  Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Nigella obviously couldn't appear on the show in person - and therefore couldn't make the cake herself for contestants to compare their own creations to.
