Niki Wolfe Correspondent OLD WASHINGTON - The East Guernsey Local Board of Education officially hired Chad Rosser as its new superintendent at a recent meeting. His contract is for three years. The board also authorized the payment of Rosser for the months of June and July at his contractual daily rate not to exceed 10 days for transition purposes. Along those lines, the board approved the resignation of current superintendent Adam Pittis, effective July 31. I very much appreciate my time here at East Guernsey, Pittis told the board about his six years as the district s superintendent. We re continuously growing.
