One of the biggest concerns right now for the state of arkansas and that is the levy infrastructure. will it hold? as you mentioned, there was a levy breached overnight, i'm about 90 miles west of where that happened and i talked to the emergency management in that count in yell county and they say about 75 homes were impacted. here is the good news, because they thought that this could happen, they issued evacuation orders early, let people know that they needed to move out and they did do that. so those people are safe today, but, poppy, you know that water finds a way and so now they're exp...
