Would be done around the edges when it comes to voting rights. when you look at what chuck schumer announced today when it comes to announcing votes on those rule changes on voting rights, on build back better, i think it does raise the question whether he has more hope on that topic given what joe manchin has said. of course they need to get 50 votes for any rule changes. manchin at the least expressed openness to those rules changes. there are open questions about other members up to and include kyrsten sinema. and you wonder what manchin is feeling about this whole thing given what was said...
