Voters will head to the polls today to elect two new trustees for Toronto’s French-language school boards, months after the races were called off over eligibility issues.
After a voided initial election, the mandated byelection for two French language school boards’ trustees is set to open for voting on Jan. 21.
Toronto's city clerk declared the official results Thursday for the 2022 municipal election held Monday. Marginal wins in some wards may prompt recount requests.
In both races, all but one candidate were deemed ineligible.
