As i sat and watched the Jets overpay for the likes of Bell and CJ, it got me thinking about the Cap teams spend on the QB position and what teams making the SB since the 2011 new rookie pay scale, spend on average to reach it. There is no denying that the 2011 had a huge impact that all could see.
