Has co-workers identify voices. the fact they can't can be attributed to one of two things. one, they were under stress, didn't sound like themselves or someone else communicating or the transmission are so bad they haven't released them but air traffic control tapes are scratchy sometimes. pilots ask air traffic control to repeat twice because of scratchy communications. there's many reasons why they can't identify them. but if they have cockpit voice reporter they will know in an instant because there's two mics. they will know left seat or right seat talking. once again, need the black boxe...
