Detroit mass shooting: Psych exam ordered for suspect who fired into crowd, killing two after parking issue
The man charged with shooting into a crowd of 8 people because he was reportedly angry about them blocking his driveway was supposed to be in court on Friday. But instead, he was naked and refused to put clothes on. Now he's due for a mental competency exam.
