Mizoram: NGOCC stages protests seeking rescheduling of vote counting
The NGOCC along with all political parties in Mizoram has been urging the Election Commission of India (ECI) to change the date of counting of votes from Sunday. Hundreds of people took part in the protest rallies, which were addressed by NGOCC Chairman Lalhmachhuana, who is also the President of the Young Mizo Association (YMA), General Secretary Malsawmliana and other leaders.
