A LARGE new industrial development in Swindon is available to rent. Bleckmann Logistics has signed a long term lease to let the entire space available at the Trinity Park site. The project was completed by Trebor Developments and funding partner Hillwood earlier this year. The 79,814sq ft space combines two units of 42,452 sq ft and 37,362 sq ft each, with an enhanced eaves height of 12m.
