At this restaurant, the inspector found a “small dead baby roach ... on the bottom of the sushi rice cart,” as well as two cans of Raid insect repellent.
“Employees handled money, handled raw chicken, scratched their faces and used the restroom without washing their hands afterwards and prior to handling food.”
At this restaurant, violations included finding employees preparing food without hair restraints and black build up in the walk-in cooler.
