Maharashtra sees rise in fiscal and revenue deficits

Maharashtra's Deputy Chief Minister and finance minister Ajit Pawar on Tuesday presented an interim budget for the fiscal 2024-25 which has estimated a revenue deficit of Rs 9,733.76 crore and the fiscal deficit for the year 2024-25 is estimated at Rs 99,288 crore.
