A member of virginias nottoway tribe she is a managing senior travel specialist with the National Center on tribal Early Childhood development where her projects focused on embedding native culture and language into highquality Educational Opportunities for native youth. She is also the founder of everything eastern, a nonprofit with a mission of preserving and sharing existing Community Knowledge and practice, conducting community engageded research, and Building Partnerships with tribal communities along the east coast. Inrt addition to earning a bachelor of arts degree in international and humanitarian affairs from James Madison university, ms.
