Zach Robinson spent decades trying to fight off nightmares about being raped as a child at New Hampshire’s youth detention center. More than a thousand men and women allege they were physically or sexually abused as children at the Sununu Youth Service Center between 1960 and 2019. Authorities cite the statute of limitations as one reason for the lack of further arrests.
