BJ’s wholesale club recently paid $71.6 million for a 236,967-square-foot logistics center on 92.6 acres in Rocky Hill, according to town sources. Delaware-based Burris Logistics sold the building and property at 490 Brook St. to BJ’s Wholesale Club, of Westborough, Massachusetts in a deal recorded May 4, according to town land records. The town assessor’s office said the sale price was $71.6 million. According to CoStar, the sale was part of a four-property portfolio sale to BJ’s that included the Rocky Hill property, along with others in Maryland, Florida and Kentucky.
