Evan Ross, who pleaded guilty to facilitating the murders of Trinity Randolph, 3, and her father Brandon Waddles in Aug. 2020, was arrested for perjury after alleging he did not hear any gun shots while acting as Kevon Lawless’ getaway driver.
On the first day of testimony in the Kevon Lawless trial, graphic bodycam video was played for the jury showing the moment LMPD officers found Trinity Randolph, 3, and her father shot inside their home in the Jacobs neighborhood.
The attorneys say they will provide evidence that Lawless suffers from mental disorders.
