I've heard this on the news, that the president is flip-flopping on this boots on the ground thing. we need a functioning number of troops for support in force protection, meaning protecting the embassy. when people say troops -- boots on the ground, they are talking about big footprint, the fourth infantry division, the 101st infantry division, those kinds of things. that's not what we're talking about. not talking about large-scale troop unit. you'll need trainers on the ground, intelligence officials on the ground to help guide the fight, provide some command and control, provide some train...
