McIntyre Township man allegedly drove tractor after drinking Allen Jean, 22, of 777 Langdon Road, had a BAC of 0.10% when he was driving a new Kubota Tractor LA340 southbound on Route 14 north of Langdon Road, according to Trooper Andrew Dalkiewicz. “Jean advised that he had some beers with his buddies and decided to take the new tractor for a ride,” Dalkiewicz wrote in an affidavit. Jean is charged with DUI and careless driving, and was sent a summons to appear at the Old Lycoming Township Police Department.
