CHATHAM, Va. — The Pittsylvania County NAACP Youth Council partnered with the community as they launched their annual Back-To-School Kick-Off with this year's theme of "Empowering our Students for Academic Success." The drive-thru event was held at the Greater Triumph Missionary Baptist Church from 4-7 p.m. on Friday, July 30.
