Twisted River Saloon has thirty days to appeal the citation.

Lane County has been in the "extreme risk" category since Dec. 2, when Gov. Kate Brown's risk categories first became active. The "extreme category" only allows for outdoor, distanced dining and takeout — no indoor dining.
