Hospital board member ousted as turmoil continues in Appleton, Minnesota
Appleton City Council members unanimously removed Warren Rau from the board of directors for Appleton Area Health. Rau had challenged the demands by Mayor Dan Tosel for his removal. He and his attorney charged that the accusations against him came from the city administrator.
