Two Binghamton men are facing federal drug charges for having over a half pound of narcotics. The U.S. Attorney’s Office says 29-year-old Tayvon Whaley and 38-year-old Anthony Miller are accused of having over 300 grams of crack cocaine and methamphetamine with the intent to sell.
