Engaged Capital initiated a 9.96% position in the health-care, administrative-services tech firm, equal to 8,553,155 Evolent Health shares. That position has remained unchanged, as noted by Engaged Capital’s latest disclosure. What has changed is that Engaged and Evolent entered into a cooperation agreement as of Dec. 21.
