Couple arrested in porch piracy David Russell (left) and Renee Michelle McCullough were both arrested in connection with the theft of a package from a Ceres porch on Jan. 2. Two Ceres residents were arrested Saturday evening for allegedly stealing an Amazon package off the front porch of a home and driving off. The theft was reported at 5:48 p.m. with the suspects seen driving off in a white Ford Ranger pickup.
