Two Irish-based subsidiaries of Facebook's parent company Meta have brought High Court challenges against a €395 million fine.
The challenges have been brought against the Data Protection Commission (DPC) by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd and WhatsApp Ireland Ltd
The fines concern breaches relating to GDPR regulations
