The white Pyrenees, lost from her home and wandering around Burnt Ranch by highway 299, didn’t know it but New Year’s Eve was approaching. With the stroke of midnight, gunshots and fireworks would rattle off, and the man who did everything to keep her safe feared the fugitive dog would be be gone forever when the explosion of noise began.
