Two people were hurt in a fire officials say was set to a home on Juniper Lane Tuesday evening. Police said the fire was intentional and arrested a suspect shortly after responding.
A home on Juniper Lane was set on fire Tuesday evening, police said. A 32-year-old Holden man was arrested shortly after first responders were called to the fire.
Efforts are underway to raise at least $25,000 for the two families whose stores were devastated by the May 1 fire on Pleasant Street.
The worry on fire officials' minds was the fire extending out to consume other properties on Pleasant Street, which was ultimately prevented.
